6. Final payment must be paid before your lace wig is shipped to you.

7. Payments must be paid within 3 days from the date stated in your Layaway Agreement.

8. Late payments will be charged a $5.00 or R50 late fee. Late payments are payments that are made 4 days past the due date.

9. Late final payments will be charged a $25.00 or R250 late fee and will be charged to the final payment.

We will email you an invoice for each payment due according to the Layaway Plan you chose. You have 3 days from the date of the invoice to make your payment. If not a late charge fee of $5.00 or R50 will be accessed.


Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges for Layaways

• Refunds: No refunds or store credit will be issued.

• Cancellations: All sales are final. In the event you cancel your order; we will not refund any money you have

paid. We keep the full amount.

• Payments: Ruutos Hair will email you an invoice 3 days before each payment is due based on the layaway

Plan you chose. You have 3 days from the date of the invoice to make the payment. Late payments will be

The layaway will only be held an additional 10 days and if the final payment remains unpaid after the 10 days, we will automatically cancel your order. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

Human Hair Lace Front Wigs: Human Hair Lace Front Wigs are a more affordable alternative to Full Lace Wigs. They come with human hair as in a FULL lace wig. The hair is very natural looking and soft. The hair can also be styled on most any heat setting that one would use on their own hair. You can find them with any amount of hand tied lace in the front the same as with synthetic lace front wigs.

The amount will vary from vender to vend from anywhere to .5 inches of lace to 3 inches of lace. The more lace used in the front, the more of a natural look the wig will have. With three inches of lace attached to the front you should be able to style the hair in the op and front freely. You will not be able to get a high ponytail because the wig will have a different back than what of a FULL lace wig.
